Our Policies

Refund & Exchange Policy: 

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
  •  Process: To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@cretika.com or contact our customer service team
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy: 

  •   Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 working days in Cairo & 10-12 for other cities. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.
  •   International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
